Chinese Stir-Fry Cauliflower and Pork
So Simple and Easy!
Serve with rice or as part of a larger meal.
- 2 Cauliflower
- 1 lbs Pork Belly
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Dried Chili Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Ginger
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Fermented Soybean Paste
- 1 tsp Sugar

Heat 2 tbsp. of oil, add dried chili pepper(2 pieces), ginger(2 pieces) and garlic(3 cloves). Fry for few seconds.
Add pork, fry until it's slightly browned (no raw meat).
Add soy sauce(1 tbsp.), cooking wine(1 tbsp.) and fermented soybean paste(1 tbsp.). Stir-fry until pork is coated with sauce thoroughly.
