Cumin Lamb

Step 1

Marinate the Lamb

Use the paper towel to pat dry excess blood or water.

Then marinate them with:
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of light soy sauce (
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce (
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of cooking wine (
- 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
Mix and let them get to know each other by covering with saran wrap and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Prepare other ingredients

Prepare below ingredients:
- Crush 5 cloves of garlic
- Cut half of a red onion and dice into a medium size and discard the white center.
- Dice half a green pepper into small pieces.
- Add 5 dry chili pepper and break them into small pieces.
(Put them into a same plate/bowl)

We will also need some chopped 2 green onions as garnish. I only used the green top.

Also, prepare 2 tsp of cumin powder.

Cook Lamb

Heat the oil on high heat for about 2 minutes, then add all marinated lamb into it.
I fried for about 4 minutes to get a little bit dry and chewy lamb. Then take them out to set aside.

Combine everything

Use a clean pan, turn on to medium-low heat, add a tablespoon of used oil.
Then add red onion, green pepper, garlic and dry chili pepper. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes until the red onion is softened a bit then add our fried lamb.
After that, add some ground cumin then mix everything well.
Lastly, turn off the heat and sprinkle some sesame seed and green onions.

*Note: If you like spicy food like I do, you can add some chili flakes.
