Season & Steam

Sprinkle a little bit (about 1/8 tsp.) salt and evenly add the chopped chili pepper on top of it.
*Note: Since the chopped chili pepper is quite salty, we shouldn't add too much salt in additional.

Boil some water in the wok with a steam rack.
Put the plate on the rack, cover with lid.

Cook for 8 minutes with high heat.

Add Sesame Oil

After 8 minutes, carefully take out the plate. Pour out excess of water from the plate.

Pour a little bit (about 1-2 tbsp. )sesame oil on it to make it taste and smell more fragrant.

Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top as garnish. You can leave this part out though, if you'd like.

Enjoy Your Dish!

It should still have its crispy texture after we've steamed it. It's a super light, healthy and delicous dish.

On top of that it is quite easy and quick to make. Hope you'd like it.
