Mix the Sauce

Before you start at this step, boil a pot of water for cooking noodles later.

Now, we can prepare the sauce for noodles, no heating, no cooking, just mix below sauce well:
1. Mix 1 tbsp. of sesame paste and 1 tbsp. of sesame oil first.
2. Then add:
- 1.5 tbsp. of light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of cooking wine
- 3 tsp. of white sugar
- 1 tbsp. of sesame seed
- 3 tsp. of hot chili oil (optional)

Mix everything together until it's smooth.

And thinly slice the cucumber.

Cook the Noodles

On high heat, when the water is boiling, add dried noodles. When the water starts to boil again, add 1 cup of cold water and wait for boiling again.

Usually, you need to add 2 to 3 times of cold water to cook the noodles thoroughly. Feel free to have a taste until you think the texture is perfect.

Mix the sauce and noodles

Add 3 to 4 tbsp. of mixture sauce to the noodles, then put sliced cucumber on the top.

Now you can enjoy the delicious noodles.
