Prepare Ingredients

You need to prepare 1 package of soft or silk tofu. This brand that I bought has 5 different type of tofu based on how firm it is from #1 to #5. You can choose #1 or #2 soft tofu for this dish.

Moreover, prepare 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tsp. of mature vinegar, 1/2 of salt, chili oil and 1 chopped spring onion(green onion).

I added 3 tbsp. of chili oil, but it depends on how spicy you want. You can add more or less.

Steam Tofu

You can use a steamer if you have one. But I used a large and deep pot, put a steam rack in the pot then add water.
Note: the water can not exceed the rack.

Then put a flat plate in the pot and add tofu.

Steam for 5 minutes on high heat.

After it cools down (about 10 mins), cut into cubes.

Plate the dish

Use your favorite plate, add soy sauce, mature vinegar and salt. And mix them well.

Then add chopped tofu to the plate gently, dress with chili oil and spring onions on top.

Congratulations! You've done this easy, quick, tasty and healthy dish!
