Tofu with Spring Onion Salad
It's so quick and easy to cook with simple ingredients.
Steamed Silky Tofu sits in the sweet and sour sauce with hot chili oil and green onion dressed on top.
- 1 Tofu(Soft)14 oz
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Aged Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Chili Oil
- 1 Green Onion
You need to prepare 1 package of soft or silk tofu. This brand that I bought has 5 different type of tofu based on how firm it is from #1 to #5. You can choose #1 or #2 soft tofu for this dish.
Moreover, prepare 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tsp. of mature vinegar, 1/2 of salt, chili oil and 1 chopped spring onion(green onion).
I added 3 tbsp. of chili oil, but it depends on how spicy you want. You can add more or less.
